When I started Peter Jones Special Events in 1993 I instantly knew this industry was where my future lay. Three decades on and I’m still as passionate about helping organisations achieve their goals through amazing events as I was back then.  I’ve also been a big believer in supporting, and giving back, to the industry through the following roles:

  • Chariman: Victorian Industry Events Council (2009 – 2015)
  • President: International Special Events Society (2006 – 2010)
  • Board Member: Victorian Tourism Industry Council (2009 – 2015)
  • Board Member: Destination Melbourne (2009 – 2015)
  • Member: Victorian Business Events Advisory Group (2020 – Current)
  • Trustee: Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Trust (2022 – Current)
  • Board member: Northern Territory Major Events Company (2023- Current)
